GM Projects was established in 2015 by the two current directors, Douglas McLaren and Ross Gunnion.

We are a multi-discipline construction company who carry out works in the commercial, retail, education and industrial property sectors with a wide range of clients, including Landlords, Tenants, Surveyors and Loss Adjustors.

We provide the professional service a large national contractor would offer, with the approachable, flexible and helpful manner a small family run company provide.
